What is an Energy Reset?

Energy Reset sessions are 1:1 virtual strategy sessions, custom built to address your specific needs.

During each 60-minute session, we’ll refocus on your goals, integrating marketing and communication best practices with intuitive downloads to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. We’ll detail your aligned action plan together, drawing on 13+ years in corporate communications, brand development, partnership management and content strategy in combination with intuitive tools like tarot and human design to transform your life and business.

From practical goal setting to your human design to tarot to personalized meditations or affirmations — whatever you need to feel confident, motivated and grounded. I’m also a Virgo Sun, Scorpio Moon, Sagittarius Rising, manifesting generator, enneagram 3, ENFJ-A. I have shaped the thought leadership and media relations for a diverse array of brands in varying stages of growth, from publicly-traded real estate companies to award-winning digital agencies, luxury hospitality retreats to fast-growing CPG wellness products.
